Hi, I'm Mike!
This all started with one unusual question: What if I could travel back in time to every age that I’ve lived so far? What would I learn about who I was in my past, who I am today, and who I want to become in my future?
With age 40 approaching, I put that "what if?" into action by interviewing 40 people from ages 1 to 40 as a way to connect to the magic of early childhood, heal old wounds, and reimagine my future.
This was my “time travel journey”, and little did I know, it would lead to a breakthrough approach to self development and team building that I am now passionate about sharing with others.

It's kind of like a road trip through your past, present, and future. Offered in customizable formats From 3-hour workshops to 3-month classes, this guided exploration uses a variety of engaging activities and challenges to connect us more deeply to ourselves and each other.
